It’s back to school time which means new schedules, busy days and quite often tired run down bodies. This year in an effort to keep my family healthy I’ve been offering smoothie drinks for breakfast. My fifteen year old daughter’s number one favorite is what she calls “the dreamsicle smoothie.” Since it’s loaded with vitamin C and entirely delicious I thought I would share the recipe with you.
1 can orange juice concentrate
1 can (using the oj can) of milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Whirl above ingredients in the blender and then add about 5 -6 ice cubes and whirl again.
