When I was in eighth grade, I witnessed the murder of my teacher by a classmate. That incident started a decade-long spiral into anxiety. I thought if I controlled things, bad things wouldn’t happen. But instead, I started having panic attacks and fear dominated my life. Gratefully, God set me free. You can read my story here. I am a former fear-er saved by grace.
