If not, allow me to introduce you to the creamiest, healthiest, easiest and most delicious oatmeal you’ll ever meet …
1 cup steel cut oats * 4 1/2 cups water * 1/2 t. salt * 2 – 3 T. butter
Coat slow cooker crock with vegetable oil spray. Put all ingredients in crock. Stir. Cook on low heat for 6 – 8 hours.
