Mama Suz Pumpkin Brownies
Fudgy, decandent, delish.
It’s FALL y’all… bring on all the pumpkin.
My easy-peasy Pumpkin Brownies will need to be coupled with a nice, hot cup of coffee or a big, cold glass of milk. You could do both. These brownies are dense like sheet cake. They are fudgy like fudge. But the thing is they aren’t overly sweet. I guess it’s all that pumpkin. A whole can of it! You gotta try them. My people said they’re restaurant quality. I kinda believe them. ;)
Mama Suz Pumpkin Brownies
1 cup brown sugar * 6 T butter (room temperature) * 2 eggs * 15 oz canned pumpkin 🎃 * 3/4 cup cocoa * 1/2 cup flour * 1/2 t salt * 1/2 t baking powder * 1 cup chocolate chips * 2 t vanilla
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add pumpkin – beat until smooth. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix in vanilla and chocolate chips. Bake in 9×9″ pan lined with parchment paper for around 45 minutes.
Bon appétit y’all!!
